Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree in Finance/Accountancy/Bangking or equivalent
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Finance - General / Cost Accounting or equivalent
  • Work Location : Kendari, Southeast Sulawesi
Responsibilities :
  • Assisting in control of all the company's operations both at branch and controlling budgets for operating expenses and income, investment and overall budget
  • Job order-JO & sales order verification, create invoice, tax invoice and prepare related document
  • Ensure deliverance of invoice, monitoring payment, conduct collection for AR after coordination with colection coordinator in Head Office
  • AR reconciliation and manage aging
  • Ensure payment from client, payment verifivation and follow up payment to client
