Hi Everyone! Epiroc Southern Asia is currently looking for 

*Regional HR Manager*

• Minimum 10 years experience in broad HR roles, with min. 5 of those years in a regional or comparabale HR management role. HR management experience on senior level, knowledge of local HR standards, procedure, and legal related topics
• Bachelor degree in human resources, management, business administration or behavioral science
• Fluency in english, both in speech and writing is key requirement
• Experience of working with success factors or other cloud based HR systems is highly desirable
• Experience aligning global hr strategies and goals with local HR plans and standards
• Experience working with councils and legal matters
• Experience of HR transformation initiatives including digitalization and automation
