People Development
Primary Responsibility:
- Administers programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company.
- Participates in developing department goals, objectives. and systems for the people.
- Prepares and maintains reports that are necessary to carry out the development program for people in operations.
- Work closely with departments and assisting to implement policies and procedures for workforce development.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor (or above) degree in related field.
- 3-5 years working experience as people development officer/supervisor.
- Strong communication and teamwork in English
- Excellent report writing and public speaking.
- Attractive remunerations package.
- Transportation, accommodation, and meals are provided
- Working location at Morowali, Central Sulawesi.
