SHE OFFICER

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Helath & Safety/ Environmental Engineering/ Public Health
Minimum 2 years experience in the same field
Having "Ahli K3 Umum" certification
Having Accident Investigation Certification
Having a good knowledge in regulations regarding safety and the environment in the industrial park or smelter sector
Having a good knowledge in SMKP and SMK3
Having the ability to create Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Permit to work (PTW), contractor safety management system
Willing to be placed in North Morowali with 10: 2 roster system

Job Descriptions:

Monitor all operational activities and ensure that all employees implement K3 regulations
Analyzing the purpose of identifying potential work hazards by mapping the work accident risk matrix scale which may be detected and minimized in all business processes by applicable policies
Review potential safety hazards that work well in all functions to ensure that all procedures are carried out following the provisions for managing K3 conditions
Conduct a review of property damage and environmental pollution to ensure that occupational safety and health conditions can be managed by applicable policies
Implement SHE policies and programs
