MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND QUALITY ASSURANCE COORDINATOR

Responsibilities:

Manage and control all Petrosea's Management System daily activities (addition, revision, and removal) to ensure all management system documents are updated and well managed
Perform ISO 9001 internal audit assignment to assist RIA division in achieving its mission and to ensure Company's adherence to ISO 9001
Assist subsidiaries company to develop ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System

Requirements:

Min. Bachelor's degree from any major
Have good understanding and implementation about ISO 9001 and its certification process
Have experiences in managing and guiding Company's ISO surveillance audit performed by ISO Certification Body
Have understanding about ISO 37001 and ISO 55001 is an advantage
Familiar with the following document management tools: Online SharePoint, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, PDF), Adobe Acrobat Reader / Writer, Intranet / Internet environment, and basic online company's request, review and approval system.
Strong presentation skill and communication skill, effectively with top leadership.
Have auditing skill (analytical and problem-solving skill) and audit reporting skill.
Possess high integrity and strong commitment to achieving industry best practices.
Willing to travel to Company's project sites.
