Plant Supervisor (Code: PLV)

Job Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Min. 4 years of experiences in similar position in Mining industries
Good Communication skills, Strong leadership Have POP Certification
Willing to work with a roster system
Able to joint as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:

Understanding occupational, safety, health and environment (K3LH) procedures and applying in the workplace
Creating job report which includes compiling data from all work processes, compiling data into report forms and submitting work reports to superiors
Implement the policies and procedures to ensure that plant strategy meets the company target
Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, customer and other Department in Company
Conduct and control premature down equipment & unit Schedule & Unscheduled Damage Redo Job, complete with CV, ID and Certification. Accident/ Unscheduled Damage shooting
Responsible to set an example in the workplace to become a role model in safety, leadership and Company Value
