Organization Development

QUALIFICATION

Bachelor's degree of Psychology, Human Resource Management educational background or in any related field

10 years of experience in developing and facilitating the development of HR organizations and performance management
Have the ability to Identify methods that can be used for organizational development programs.
Experienced in making matrix competency
Have a strong knowledge of organizational development, HR management and workload analysis
Have the ability in organizational development using a competency-based model
Proficient in making and evaluating job descriptions and organizational structures
Energetic, dynamic, self-motivated and have good interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term relationships
Have experience as HR consulting, especially in organizations
Initiating and accompanying activities and experiments (e.g. implementing new ways of working, methods or collaboration models)
Creating a concept of experiments, projects and workshops to analyze, evaluate and adjust the current organizational practices
