Tambnas Loker - PT Karya Bhumi Lestari saat ini sedang membutuhkan karyawan yang bermotivasi tinggi dalam bekerja dan untuk posisi yang dibutuhkan ialah sebagai berikut

TRAINING SPECIALIST

Reponsibilities:

Develop, conduct, and monitor the implementation of training for AMG Operation personnel in line with trades competencies/skill set to perform work and give technical advice in safety & technical aspect

Requirements:

Minimum graduate of Vocational School (SMK) from technical automotive or heavy equipment maintenance
Minimum 3 years experiences in asset/plant trainer
Preferably holding cert. III of mechanical trades or complate OEM product training program with strong background in heavy equipment and earth moving process
Acceptables levels of leadership and communication /presentation/mentoring skill with computer literacy
Willing to perform coaching/mentoring in giving. advices required by client in asset/plant operation.
Willing to be placed to project/sites in remote area
